Hills Waste Solutions have an opportunity available for a Transport Supervisor to join our team based in Lower Compton, Calne. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,747.05 per annum alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the role:
As our Transport Supervisor, you will be a conductor for keeping our business moving. From trucks and drivers to routes and schedules, you’ll be a vital pivot for people and performance – from liaising closely with a team of 42 ensuring the work is done, reliably and safely.
Your key responsibilities as our Transport Supervisor will include:
Planning routes and scheduling multidrop deliveries
Communication with drivers and customers
Liaising with a team of drivers to ensure work is done reliably and safely
What we’re looking for in our Transport Supervisor:
Essential
First-line people leadership experience, ideally in a multi-service delivery setting
Customer-facing experience in a multidrop environment
Good, working knowledge of Wiltshire and surrounding area
