eCare our new Electronic Patient Record project is well underway and due to go live in June 2026. It is an exciting project and we are looking for individuals to come and help us with system administrative support to ensure the project goes smoothly.
There will be various administrative posts across Cornwall IT Services teams as the project progresses. You will be required to work at RCH sites in Cornwall.
We are also asking for individuals to be flexible with their hours of work as a hospital runs 24/7 and we need to support our staff with the transition to the new application.
Various administrative tasks including:
• User account administration
• Completing data collection worksheets
• Printing, distribution and assisting with Smartcard queries
• Reviewing reports and correcting data
• Assisting with testing
• Assisting users with access to eCare and supporting any issue
• working on the CITS Service desk supporting Users
Full training would be given in the system application and workload required.
You would be supported by colleagues and we are a great team to work with. Trust values are important to us and we celebrate diversity and respect.
Good communication skills are essential as well as a grounding in IT and MS Office. An ability to drive is also useful.
