Key Result Areas: Performance Information and Systems Summary: Build strong internal relationships to support directorate operations Develop and manage systems for communication, auditing, and performance information Serve as the expert contact for all business support matters Coordinate complex meetings and produce agendas, minutes, and action logs Provide highquality administrative and secretarial support Screen and prioritise correspondence, taking independent action when appropriate Lead on information production, analysis, presentation, and dissemination Manage businesssensitive information securely and effectively Maintain robust performance management and audit processes Analyse activity and support financial performance reviews Support workload management, project delivery, and service planning Staff Management Participate in recruitment and selection processes and provide comprehensive line management for administrative staff. Summary: Act as panel member or chair for recruitment of administrative staff Arrange temporary staffing as required Provide full line management for designated administrative and Executive Support Team staff Oversee appraisals, sickness management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters Financial Perform delegated financial responsibilities and support project-related budget management. Summary: Undertake project work with associated budget responsibility Act as authorised signatory for petty cash, travel, meeting expenses, and agency timesheets Monitor relevant budgets and escalate concerns to the Chief Officer Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism Participate in supervision, appraisal, and personal development Undertake additional duties as requested, appropriate to the role Uphold and actively promote the Trusts values and vision
