Crynodeb
As a senior member of the Workforce Planning, Systems and Intelligence Team, the Deputy e-Rostering Team Lead, will support the e-Rostering Team Lead in providing specialist advice in all aspects of Electronic Rostering (e-Rostering), and will support the implementation and ongoing management of the Trusts' eRostering system. The post holder will provide training to e-Rostering users within the People and Culture Directorate and across the whole Trust. They will also act as the visible and accessible point of contact for advice, guidance, support on all aspects of e-Rostering. The role will be responsible for providing supervision to the e-Rostering workforce team, ensuring all team processes are clearly documented and reviewed regularly.
