Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PRS Lettings Negotiator (SO2) to join our dynamic team in overseeing the rental properties within our portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring that our letting processes are conducted professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for potential tenants, guiding them through the rental process, from initial inquiries to finalizing agreements. Your ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and manage expectations will be vital to your success in this role. You will work to achieve rental targets while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities
Conduct viewings and accompany prospective tenants to rental properties.
Negotiate tenancy agreements and terms between landlords and tenants.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in the marketing of properties through various online platforms and networks to attract potential tenants.
Handle tenant inquiries and provide a high level of customer service throughout the letting process.
Conduct reference checks on potential tenants to ensure they meet rental criteria.
Prepare tenancy documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements in the rental process.
Requirements
Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work towards targets.
A solid understanding of property letting regulations and compliance.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Per Hour: £23.51
