We have an opportunity for a kind and caring Care Assistant to join our team and help fulfil our vision of providing outstanding care and being a wonderful place to work.
We welcome Care Assistants with all experiences and recruit solely on your values as a person. A full and comprehensive induction is provided to all staff including shadowing with experienced members of our team. This is designed to ensure you have the confidence and competence to provide the highest quality care possible.
You are required to travel between visits within your shift however you get reimbursed the maximum tax free amount of 45p per mile.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Personal care
- Continence care
- Medication support
- Domestic support
- Companionship
Butterfly salary all Care Assistants ensuring your income is protected even with fluctuations of hours within the business. Whatever your contracted working availability is, is guaranteed to be paid each month.
