What we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We’re looking for Roaming Recovery for our Surrey Service, as a Roaming Recovery Practitioner you will;
• Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and Safeguarding principles.
• Support the team across the service to help with capacity
