Are you a driven and motivated individual looking to start or advance your career in the commercial property sector? Our client is seeking a dedicated commercial Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving North London office in a full or part-time capacity.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values ambition and a positive attitude. They welcome both trainees and experienced candidates, so whether you're starting your journey or looking to further develop your skills, they would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will:

- Be well presented and maintain a smart appearance.

- Exhibit a strong telephone manner and good written and spoken English.

- Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

- Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car.

- Display a positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

- Have an interest in pursuing further training to become a Surveyor (desirable but not essential).

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Assisting with sales and lettings negotiations to achieve set targets.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants.

- Conducting property viewings and providing clients with expert advice.

- Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions.

- Collaborating with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
