About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative within our Outbound Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll pick and pack customer orders to the highest standards and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.
This is an active role within a busy warehouse environment, where you will spend much of your shift walking throughout the warehouse and working on your feet while picking and packing orders.
What the role involves:
Pick and/or pack customer orders to a high-quality standard
Work to hourly pick/pack and quality targets
Walk throughout the warehouse to pick items using voice-picking headset technology
Ensure orders are packed securely and labelled correctly for dispatch
Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimise errors
Conduct repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Working Environment
This role involves being on your feet for the majority of your shift
The role requires regular walking around the warehouse while picking orders
You will be working in a fast-paced operational environment with repetitive tasks
