We are seeking a proactive Parts and Product Advisor to join a successful business with a strong UK base. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to aftersales, supporting long-term relationships with customers and leading UK manufacturers.
Parts and Product Advisor Responsibilities:
• To achieve top tier in depth knowledge of our products.
• Manage customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Re-engage lapsed clients and convert new opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, processing orders accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great customer service.
• Maintain sales data in CRM and contribute to team targets.
• Site visits liaising with and maintaining customer activities.
• Training will be offered in house and onsite at various locations.
What we're looking for in our Parts and Product Advisor :
• Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment.
• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however full training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner
• Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
