What you’ll do:
• Complete clinical assessments, including history‑taking, examination, diagnosis and treatment
• Provide face to face, telephone or digital consultations for undiagnosed illness and minor injuries
• Make safe onward referrals and work with partner organisations to support seamless care
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to developing good practice
• Use evidence‑based approaches and take part in audit and service improvement
What we’re looking for:
• A registered clinician with experience in minor illness and/or minor injury care
• Confidence working within professional boundaries and using advanced clinical skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Someone motivated, flexible and committed to high‑quality patient care

In this role, you’ll be trusted to deliver high‑quality clinical care that supports people with minor injury or illness and helps them receive timely, safe treatment. You’ll work as part of a supportive clinical workforce and link closely with colleagues across many services. This gives you access to a wide range of expertise, settings and learning opportunities. You will also work with partner organisations to ensure care is well‑coordinated and delivered in the best way for patients.
What you’ll do:
• Provide high‑quality assessment and treatment for people with minor injuries and minor illnesses
• Work within your professional boundaries and follow agreed clinical policies and procedures
• Use effective leadership skills to support safe care and positive outcomes
• Work with partners to ensure care is joined‑up and meets patient needs
• Contribute to a multi‑professional clinical model and share expertise with colleagues

• A registered clinician with experience caring for people with minor injury or illness
• Confidence working across different bases and adapting to varied clinical settings
• Strong decision‑making skills and a commitment to safe, person‑centred care
• Ability to work well with a wide range of colleagues and partners
