Crynodeb
Clinical To be responsible for the on-going planning and development of the MVS and Op Courage North West team in line with the overall aims of both the North Collaborative and the Trust goals. To be responsible for decision-making and professional advice on individual cases and the allocation of resources to meet individual assessed needs. To be a source of clinical expertise and advice for the team in the execution of their duties. To be able to provide practical support within the clinics where needed, and to maintain skill base. To support the development of the carer forums within the triangle of carer. To lead on the resolution of complaints from service users and carers as per Trust policy. To report and complete incident forms, lead on investigations and other governance processes as per Trust policy. To write reports for coroners inquests, mental health tribunals and other legal processes as required. To lead on and manage all HR processes within the team as per Trust policy and in conjunction with HR and the service manager
