Intrust Health is looking for Mental Health Support Workers to join our team.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll work directly with service users to support their wellbeing and daily activities.
Your role is to:
Build positive relationships with patients
Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and conversations
Help to calm and de-escalate challenging situations when they arise
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Patience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
Willingness to learn and work as part of a supportive team
Flexibility to work various shifts
Minimum of 6 months’ experience working within mental health
Restraint training (e.g., MAPA / PMVA)
Location: East Midlands
