Full job description
We are currently recruiting a Production / Machine Operative to join a Pharmaceutical contract manufacturing/packing company based in Bury.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operating production and/or manufacturing machinery.
• Monitoring product quality to ensure GMP and high standards are maintained.
• Carrying out visual inspections with a strong eye for detail.
• Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and quality procedures.
• Manual handling and some heavy lifting.
• Standing for the duration of the shift.
Job Requirements:
• A good eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment is highly desirable.
• Confident in a physical role as standing work and some heavy lifting is required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
