Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to be a part of an incredible journey at Rettendon Primary School? We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistant to join us for 9 hours per week. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting all pupils including those with additional needs. In this role, you would be working within a fantastic, supportive and welcoming team. Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, positive and able to work on your own initiative as well as follow direction.
We are looking for a candidate who will:
Has experience of working with children with SEND
Promote inclusion and be dedicated to include all pupils
Be dedicated to supporting high standards of learning and care
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to the needs of each child
Engage with young children in creative and inspiring ways
Exhibit a team spirit, ready to work closely with staff, parents, and the school community
Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents
Uphold positive behaviour
Bring a good sense of humour to connect well with young children
