Duties:
- Perform vehicle repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards with a focus on fast-fit services
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults quickly and accurately
- Carry out MOT repairs and assessments as required
- Fit tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension parts, and other mechanical components efficiently
- Assist with wheel alignments, tyre fitting, and other fast-fit tasks
- Maintain accurate repair records and documentation
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance needs and services
- Keep updated with new industry technologies and fast-fit techniques
- Contribute to maintaining workshop safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification
- Previous experience as a Fast Fit Technician or in a similar role
- Willingness to learn new skills and stay current with automotive technologies
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and team ethic
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience with diagnostic equipment is highly desirable
- A proactive approach towards developing technical expertise
