Duties:
- As aRecently Qualified Vehicle Technician, conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical issues
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Use diagnostic equipment effectively to identify faults
- Assist senior mechanics with more complex repair tasks, supporting your development
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Support the workshop team to ensure all work complies with safety protocols
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
Requirements:
- Recently qualified as a vehicle mechanic or hold an accredited automotive qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, IMI, or equivalent
- Demonstrable passion for automotive repair and a desire to grow
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willing to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
- Motivated to learn and develop in the role of a Recently Qualified Vehicle Technician
