Working as the crucial link between project delivery teams and operational colleagues, you’ll ensure that new processes, systems and ways of working are understood, adopted and sustained. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where your work will have a visible impact on both efficiency and the experience of the people we support.
What you’ll be doing

- Leading the development and delivery of change management strategies that support successful adoption across the organisation
- Working with Project Managers, business leads and operational teams to ensure change delivers measurable benefits
- Completing change impact and readiness assessments
- Designing and supporting communication and training plans
- Facilitating workshops, building capability, and promoting cross‑functional working
- Creating resources such as process maps and documentation to support understanding
- Embedding new ways of working and tracking benefits realisation
- Supporting a variety of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

- Professional change management accreditation (e.g., APMG, CCMP, CMI or equivalent)
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrable experience of supporting change delivery, adoption and communication planning
- Ability to analyse business needs, problem‑solve and translate findings into clear actions
- Confidence leading workshops and driving accountability
- Experience of process mapping (BPMN/UML experience desirable)
- A positive, energetic and resilient approach to change
- Full UK driving licence

Why join us?

- Opportunity to influence meaningful organisational transformation
- Work across a wide variety of projects and stakeholders
- Collaborative PMO team with a learning and improvement culture
- Remote working with the ability to visit services and see the operational impact first-hand

If you’re motivated by helping people and teams work smarter, embedding change with care, and making a difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
