Join our client’s commercial team delivering Sprint Phase 2, a £22m highways improvement scheme along the A45 in Birmingham. As an SQS you’ll take a leading role in managing the commercial performance of the project, ensuring robust cost control and reporting. This is a client-facing position within a busy infrastructure environment delivering upgrades to road structures, bus stops, and active travel routes.
What you will need
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience administering NEC contracts, ideally Option C (Target Cost).
- Ability to lead commercial reporting and manage client-facing applications.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior commercial staff within a project environment.
