Reedley Community Primary School is a two form entry Maintained Primary School located on the edge of Burnley, Lancashire, with a diverse and inclusive ethos and a supportive community where every child can thrive.
The Governors of Reedley Community Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated, passionate and caring Phase Leader with a full time teaching commitment, from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is ready to move to the next stage of their career and further develop their professional skills. The successful candidate will lead four classes within their phase.
The successful applicant will
• Be an exemplary role model in teaching and learning, and will work with other leaders within school to ensure high quality teaching and learning across their phase.
• Effectively lead a curriculum area across the school. This will be negotiated, depending on candidates’ strengths.
• Play a key role in ensuring that all key policies and procedures are fully embedded and effective within their phase.
• To support staff within the phase, to ensure that all children make good progress from their starting points, show positive behaviours around school and develop social and emotional aspects of learning.
