We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner for short-term works on social housing properties and schemes across the North East.
Duties:-
Working on sub floors and joists

Removing and reinstalling kitchens following remedial works

General joinery works within social housing properties

Working across multiple sites including Sunderland, Seaham and Barnard Castle

Own van (cars will not be accepted)

Own tools

Valid CSCS card
-
Asbestos Awareness

Experience working within social housing properties

Reliable and able to work across multiple locations
