HGV Class 1 Drivers
Location: Lenton (NG7)
Our clients is looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to work Monday to Friday 04:00 starts. Must have at least 12 months experience and have an up to date DBS check (we are able to conduct these).
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday (Days): £16.79/hr
- Monday to Friday (Nights): £19.44/hr
- Minimum Pay: 8 hours per shift guaranteed
- Shifts: Monday to Friday - 04:00 starts
- Potential Temp to Perm available
What the role involves:
- Trunking to NDCs (no handball)
- Curtain-sided trailer work
- Coordinating with the transport team before and after shifts
- Load checks and paperwork completion
- Liaising with site security and warehouse staff
- Full compliance with tachograph and working time regulations
- Pre-assessment drug and alcohol screening required
