About the Role: ZEN have been asked to support a group of partnership schools with their recruitment. They are looking for 5 dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team in Ashington. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher as well as building relationships with pupils on a 1-1 basis as well as full class support.

The school offers on site parking as well as regular training and CPD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in the delivery of educational programs
- Provide support and encouragement to students to help them achieve their learning goals and thrive in the classroom.
- Engage with the children, making lessons and learning fun
- Adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:
- Willingness to work with a wide range of ages, as and when required.
- Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare are encouraged but not essential.
- Relevant experience in a similar setting is highly desirable.
