Salary - £25,407 per annum FTE (pro rata)Hours - minimum 20 hoursContract - Fixed Term until June 2026Location - Peterborough or StamfordClosing Date - 24th March 2026We are looking for an organised and proactive Work Experience Administrator to join the team across the group on a 5-month fixed-term basis. We can offer flexibility around working hours and would ideally welcome someone able to commit to at least 20 hours per week. This role works across both Peterborough & Stamford campus, we are happy to talk about where is the best working location at interview. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Work Experience team, helping to ensure learners can access high-quality industry placements. You will maintain accurate records on college systems, support processes linked to placements and financial assistance, and help ensure compliance requirements are met.Key responsibilities• Provide administrative support for the coordination of student work placements• Maintain accurate learner and employer information across college systems• Support the administration of financial assistance for Industry Placement and T Level students• Assist with monitoring placement reviews and learner engagement• Coordinate student DBS applications and support placement compliance checks• Produce reports and maintain records to support the Work Experience teamEssential requirements• Experience working in an administrative or customer-focused role• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail• Experience maintaining accurate records and using IT systems• Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) and good IT skillsIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, please apply now!
