Victoria Dock Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HLTA to lead interventions and provide cover support for our Resource Base. This is a maternity cover contract to commence June 2026.
We require a highly committed, talented candidate who is ready to support children to aspire to the greatest things! With experience of supporting and enhancing the quality of teaching and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND, they will be an excellent role model for colleagues and children.
Salary: Grade 8, Point 25 £36,363 - Point 28 £39,152 pro rata for 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time, plus five additional training days (39 weeks per year) on a temporary maternity cover contract.We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is:
• Committed to ensuring every child makes the best possible progress and outcomes
• Caring, creative and innovative
• Willing to learn and develop their skills
• Has a knowledge of SEND
