Nursing Home Support Manager – £50,000 – Weymouth & Bournemouth
You’ll be supporting a group of nursing homes across Weymouth and Bournemouth, this role provides operational oversight to ensure each service runs safely, compliantly, and effectively. You will be supporting Home Managers to review performance, support teams, and implement improvements where required.

• Salary: £50,000 per year

What You’ll Need
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager
• Nursing Qualification (RGN/RMN)
• Strong understanding of nursing home regulations, compliance, and inspections
• Experience managing care quality, staffing, and operational performance
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between homes
• Confidence supporting and challenging leadership teams where required
What You’ll Do
• Provide operational oversight and leadership support to Nursing Home Managers
• Monitor care quality, compliance, and service standards across multiple homes
• Review financial performance including budgets, reporting, and occupancy levels
• Support recruitment, development, and performance management of leadership teams
• Implement action plans to address regulatory, operational, or quality issues
• Maintain working relationships with residents, families, and external regulators
