Crynodeb
The Clinical Safety Officer will be seen as a leading authority and primary point of contact for all matters relating to clinical safety ofour Trustsdigitalhealthsystems. The postholder, working with subject matter experts,willbe responsible fortheassessment and identificationofbothdirect and indirect clinical hazards to patients, and theappropriate mitigationof theidentifiedhazards. The post holder will be competent with digital clinical safety. The postholder will work collaboratively with governance teams within the Digital Directorate and the Group to ensure streamlined processes are in place for the management of risk and investigation of incidents where these relate to or involve digital solutions.
