Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Mastic & Sealant Applicator to work on a new build housing development.
This role will involve carrying out both internal and external mastic and sealant works across plots, ensuring a high-quality finish in line with site standards.
Duties will include:
- Applying internal mastic and sealant to kitchens, bathrooms, skirting areas, door frames, windows and expansion joints
- Carrying out external sealing works including windows, doors, brickwork joints and other external areas where required
- Working across multiple plots ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Ensuring all sealant work is neat, clean and completed within required timeframes
- Liaising with site management and other trades on site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Mastic / Sealant Applicator on new build housing sites
- Experience carrying out both internal and external sealing works
- Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
- Own tools and full PPE
- CSCS card preferred / required depending on site
- Reliable and able to work independently
