Senior Quantity Surveyor | Drylining, Ceilings & Partitions
South / West London | Up to £75k + Package
Our client is a specialist subcontractor delivering high-spec interiors for the UK's leading Tier One contractors. They need a commercially astute Senior QS to manage the full project lifecycle on major London projects.
The RoleYou will hold full commercial accountability from initial procurement through to final accounts.

Commercial Lead: Manage drylining, ceilings, and partition packages (£2m-£10m+).

Procurement: Oversee sub-bid analysis and specialist material orders.

Cost Management: Deliver accurate CVRs and monthly cost-to-complete reports.

Variations: Capture and negotiate design changes with Tier One partners.

Final Account: Lead the negotiation and settlement of the end-of-project accounts.

Sector Expertise: Strong background in drylining, plastering, or internal fit-out.

Contractual IQ: Proficiency in JCT/NEC forms and specialist sub-contract terms.

Lifecycle Experience: Proven "cradle-to-grave" delivery on site-based projects.

Location: Based in or able to commute easily to West London sites.

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum.
