JCB 3CX Operator (Criss-Cross Levers)

Location: Middlesbrough

Rate: £24ph CIS

Duration: Long-term / Ongoing

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JCB 3CX Driver for a long-term project in the Middlesbrough area. This isn't just a standard "sit and spin" role; we need an operator who is comfortable and proficient with criss-cross (X-pattern) lever controls.

The site requirements are specific, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their machine work and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading: Efficiently loading wagons and hoppers.

  • Sweeping: Maintaining site cleanliness and managing stockpiles.

  • General Operation: Safe and precise maneuvering in a busy site environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS logo) ticket for 3CX.

  • Proven experience using criss-cross levers.

  • A strong work ethic and a "get stuck in" attitude.

  • Reliable transport to the Middlesbrough area.

Why Apply?
  • Competitive Pay: Mid-£20s per hour based on experience.

  • Stability: This is a long-term position, not just a few days of cover.

  • Consistent Hours: Full-time hours on a professional, well-managed site.

To apply, please submit your CV or contact our team directly with your tickets and references.
