Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (after a minimum of 12 weeks)

Salary: £12.21 per hour
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading logistics company based in the Daventry area. This is an exciting opportunity to work inside a brand‑new, modern warehouse, supporting a reputable and rapidly expanding business.
Your role as a Warehouse Operative will involve a variety of general warehouse duties including picking, packing, goods movement, and stock handling. This is a fantastic chance to secure long‑term work, with the potential to go permanent after a minimum 12‑week period.
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners
- Working accurately from pick sheets and order lists
- Sorting, loading and unloading goods
- Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse organisation
- General warehouse duties such as pallet wrapping and stock movement
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following all site health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to use handheld scanners (training provided if needed)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Shifts
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 14:00 - 22:00
