Crynodeb

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
We’re looking for a Senior Instructor to support the development of our Cycle and Classic Group Exercise categories across clubs on a maternity cover contract for up to 12 months. This is a collaborative role, reporting into Cycle and Classic Master Trainer to maintain the quality of our signature classes, mentor instructors, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our group exercise offering.
What You'll Get
  • A collaborative leadership role within one of London’s most prestigious fitness brands.
  • The opportunity to teach across multiple state-of-the-art clubs.
  • A platform to influence and evolve our Cycle and Classic class offerings.
  • Direct involvement in instructor mentoring, education, and recruitment.
  • Access to leadership development and exclusive staff benefits.
  • Complimentary club membership and access to world-class facilities.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver up to 17 Cycle & Classic classes per week across our London clubs.
  • Dedicate 15 hours weekly for business related-duties: supporting class programming, musicality, mentoring, and instructor development.
  • Support Third Space at instructor auditions, upskill days, and industry events.
  • Mentor new and existing instructors, helping them refine their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Master Trainer on class concept development, testing, and launches.
  • Maintain the integrity of our signature formats, ensuring each class is delivered with precision, energy, and brand consistency.
  • Support studio operations: ensuring lighting, sound, temperature, and equipment are optimised for every session.
  • Champion the use of our Cover App and support club teams with cover logistics.
  • Engage with members on the gym floor and in the studio—creating a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification and indoor cycling qualification.
  • At least 2 years’ experience teaching group exercise in a premium environment.
  • A deep understanding of musicality and the ability to coach others to move with the beat.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing others.
  • A flexible, agile approach to working across multiple locations and schedules.
  • A passion for Dance and House music, with a strong grasp of musical structure.
  • A confident presence on social media and a passion for representing the brand beyond the studio.
If you’re an experienced instructor who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and contributing to a high-performing team, we’d like to hear from you.
