Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with suppliers and partners, and implementing strategies to increase sales and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the company’s market reach.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports for senior management.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
- Work closely with management to improve business performance and achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Additional professional training in business development, sales, or management is desirable.

Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
- Experience in developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience working with suppliers, partners, or clients in a commercial environment.

Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and business performance.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
