This role is suitable for teachers across a range of subject specialisms who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high expectations for student progress and behaviour.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to support achievement
Maintaining strong classroom management and positive behaviour standards
Contributing to departmental planning and school initiatives
Building positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
A proactive and professional approach to teaching
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
