Crynodeb
Provide line management and leadership for Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants, trainees, and work experience students. Manage day-to-day dispensary activities and participate in all aspects of dispensing, ensuring workflow patterns are organised to minimise the potential for dispensing errors and that targets and turnaround times are met. Organise and prioritise work so that all prescriptions are completed on time in respect of urgency and transport/porter deadline Monitoring of internal and external errors and advise on Improvements in working practice will result in a reduction in error rates. Management of stock control in the dispensary and investigate stock errors. Support the efficient day-to-day operation of medicines optimisation services to all wards and departments served by the Pharmacy enabling the continuous supply of medication duringpatients admission, facilitating a smooth discharge Support the training of pre-reg pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and ptpts regarding medicines management policiesin the Trust. Contribute to the development of pharmacy services and to promote the highest of standards of professional practice, whilstalways observing the statement on professional Conduct issueby the GPhC.
