We are looking for a motivated Deputy Care Navigation Lead who is passionate about providing high quality healthcare and tackling the role in new and exciting ways. We want you to come and work alongside an already motivated and inspiring practice team of like-minded and varied professionals. The post holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a Deputy Care Navigation Lead working within primary care.
