We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team and help us deliver high‑quality outdoor services across a variety of sites. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring schedules are met and standards are maintained.
What we offer:
Competitive pay at £13.50 per hour
Monthly bonus scheme to reward performance
Seasonal hours: 45 hours per week (March–October), 30 hours per week (November–February)
Monday to Friday schedule
Travel between sites, keeping the role varied and interesting
What you’ll bring:
Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance (essential)
Practical experience in grounds maintenance tasks
Proven team leader or supervisory experience
PA1/PA6 certificates (desirable but not essential)
A clean driving licence (essential)
Strong communication skills with colleagues, management, and site users
A flexible, team‑focused approach
