Crynodeb
To ensure the security, cleanliness and basic operational upkeep of the site.
Routine daily checks, minor maintenance and contractor liaison to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for the staff and students.
Facilities support to include refilling consumables in staff and student areas. Report or escalate any damage, safety concerns or site issues.
Additional duties to include but not limited to will be to provide sickness/holiday cover at any additional sites and any other reasonable request from the site/facilities manager.
We hire on a sub-contractor basis and pay through the construction industry scheme.
