Location: Sites throughout Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive weekly pay based on experience

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dryliner or Semi-Skilled Operative with experience as an all-round builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of various construction tasks and be confident working independently or as part of a team on a range of projects. Being a grafter is essential, someone who wants to work and grow within a fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general building work across various job site
• Knowledge of drywall / plasterboarding at an advanced level (dot and dab, drywall, boarding, hardwall)
• basic to advance plastering a plus
• Assist with general building work across various job site
• Support skilled tradespeople and follow project instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and on schedule
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in general building and construction
• Skilled in dry-lining boarding (advanced to intermediate level)
• basic to advance plastering a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong work ethic and positive
attitude
• Drivers licence and or vehicle company vans available after trial period
• use of a company van must be 21+ for insurance purposes
