Neway International are seeking an Exams and Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer to join our client based with London Borough of Haringey.

Location: Wood Green Library
Hours: 37 per week
Start Date: 30/03/2026

About the Client
Haringey Learns operates as an accredited examination centre working with multiple awarding bodies. The service delivers adult learning across the borough and must maintain strict compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations. This role is essential to ensuring examinations, data processes, and compliance activities run smoothly.

The Role
The Exams and MIS Officer will support the administration of examinations, ensure accurate data entry and reporting, and maintain compliance with awarding body requirements. You will work closely with managers, tutors, learners, and external bodies to ensure all exam processes are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full examination entry process, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Process and record exam requests in line with awarding body deadlines.

Work with Curriculum Managers and MIS colleagues to ensure qualification achievements are recorded on Learner Track for ESFA returns.

Organise exam materials, papers, stationery, and secure despatch of scripts.

Plan and coordinate invigilation timetables and ensure invigilators are trained.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of awarding body requirements and ensure centre compliance.

Support internal and external verification activities and maintain required documentation.

Provide learners with accurate exam-related information.

Maintain an examination forward plan and timetable of key dates.

Ensure effective room usage and reasonable adjustments for learners.

Analyse and report on exam entry data, results, retention, pass rates, and achievement.

Advise on examination policies and procedures in line with JCQ and awarding body
