Location:Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6EL

Travel required:This role covers the South East, including Hampshire, Surrey and Kent, with a potential for wider UK travel.

Landmarc have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Manager to play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our South East region. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role supporting our maintenance teams, improving technical processes, and ensuring we meet all statutory and contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Investigate technical issues, produce clear reports, and provide expert guidance to maintenance managers.
  • Review and enhance existing processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and auditable records that meet all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with regional managers to maintain continuous compliance and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Maintain and update the Asbestos Register, monitor water temperature profiles, and manage actions arising from Legionella Risk Assessments.
  • Prepare for and host authority inspections and audits from Authorising Engineers.
  • Ensure robust and suitable RAMS are in place for all relevant activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a technical or building services management role within facilities management or a related environment.
  • Working knowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR, Gas, Electrical, Petroleum, and Fire safety regulations.
  • Ability to drive and travel across the South East, with occasional wider UK travel.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and its application in FM.
  • Confidence in developing asset management strategies, even in evolving or uncertain operational environments.
