Marketing Executive

Cwmbran, South Wales (Office Based with regular UK & international travel)

£30,000 - £35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Full UK driving licence required

Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Marketing Executive to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of international active and outdoor brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative marketer to work closely with the Marketing Manager, helping to increase brand visibility, support retail partners, and deliver campaigns across retail, digital, PR and events. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for active and outdoor lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a 12-month marketing plan across multiple brands

  • Assist with seasonal campaigns across retail, digital, PR and events

  • Coordinate trade shows and consumer events

  • Provide marketing assets and POS materials to retail partners

  • Work with external agencies on PR and marketing activity

  • Support influencer partnerships, product seeding and media coverage

  • Work closely with the Sales team to deliver retail marketing activations

  • Track campaign performance and report insights

  • Travel for meetings, events and brand activations across the UK and internationally

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' marketing experience (retail or brand marketing preferred)

  • Experience supporting campaigns, events or retail activations

  • Strong organisation and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events

  • Passion for active and outdoor lifestyles
