We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Lead Pharmacist who will support the Chief Pharmacy Information Officer on the implementation and operational delivery of digital pharmacy systems, including Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA), across the Trust.

The postholder should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects within a healthcare environment. Support in the design of Pharmacy digital systems and in pursuit of transformational change, maximising the opportunities for research, innovation, and improvement that Pharmacy digital, data, and technology offer to community healthcare.

The post holder will be responsible for:

• Supporting the operational delivery of digital pharmacy systems, including Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA), across the Trust.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining digital Pharmacy systems while supporting staff training, governance, and system optimisation.
• This role plays a key part in ensuring patient safety, service efficiency, and compliance with Trust policies.
• The post holder will also hold line management responsibility for designated staff, ensuring effective performance, training, and development.
• Report directly to the Chief Pharmacy Information Officer (CPIO).
