As a company, we are currently seeking a Working Hands-on Foreman to start immediately.
Job Summary
The Working Hands-on Foreman plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a varied team of workers, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a previous/existing background in Carpentry or Bricklaying.
Responsibilities
MUST have previous carpentry or bricklaying experience
Working on extension works and new builds
Management of site personnel/trades
Manage and direct sub-contractors
Order materials in a timely manner through our Head Office
Capable of reading and understanding drawings
Ensuring that we are complying with the specifications provided
Site health and safety is adhered to at all times onsite
Company van available - PAYEE or Self-Employed
Wage based on experience £40k-£45k
We are willing to negotiate a package for the right person who can deliver.
