Koala North West is recruiting for a SEND Practitioner
Would you like to work for an organisation that makes a difference to the lives of local families and children? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEND Practitioner to join our friendly team.
Koala North West have been successfully supporting families for 25 years and we are looking for someone who is passionate about the quality of services available for families with children aged 0-11 years.
Job Title: SEND Practitioner
Office Base: Koala North West, Stanlaw Abbey Business Centre, Ellesmere Port, CH65 9BF
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week
Salary: £26,100 per annum
Purposes of the Job
- To provide a quality SEND support service to Cheshire West families
- To provide direct support to families when necessary to meet the needs of the family
- Assist the family to move onto volunteer support if or when this is appropriate
- Deliver sleep intervention to a high standard on a 1:1 basis and in groups
- Deliver the Autism Incredible Years parenting course
- Support, train and supervise volunteers to support children with SEND
