Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate events from enquiry through to delivery ensuring all details are accurately managed
• Act as a key contact for clients and provide clear and professional communication
• Prepare event documentation including function sheets and event briefs
• Work closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Operations teams to ensure seamless events
• Support show rounds and assist with converting event enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded throughout the event journey
Person Specification
• Previous experience in events, hospitality or hotel coordination
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering high quality guest experiences
