Caretaker / Grounds & General Maintenance Person
For a residential site in St James Northampton
Applicants must be fit, healthy, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with good communication skills.
The duties are varied and include: -
• Grass cutting, planting & trimming shrubs.
• Fence repairs & erection.
• Handling weekly refuse & recycling collections.
• General tidying of private residential site.
General building skills and a knowledge of power tools are advantageous.
Work clothing provided.
Pay commensurate with experience.
