Platform Property Care are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Part Time Mobile Cleaner based in Sutton Coldfield to clean in our Schemes there.
What could you be doing?
You will be responsible for the cleaning of communal areas ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness across the sites and will be working as part of a close-knit team to provide our customers with the best standards.
We are looking for someone who will take an extreme pride in keeping the Schemes in immaculate condition both inside and out.
If you have great attention to detail and a passion for providing a high level of service to our customers, with a friendly and positive can-do attitude this may be the role for you!
This is a Part-Time role working 21 hours Monday to Friday - no weekend working!
Flexible Working Pattern
This is a 21‑hour per week role, worked over:
-4 days of 4 hours
-1 day of 5 hours
Your working hours can be arranged in one main block each day, anytime between 07:30 and 16:00.
This structure can work perfectly for:
✔ Morning workers✔ School‑hours availability✔ Midday schedules✔ Afternoon patterns
You'll be working across two schemes in Sutton Coldfield, for example:➡️ 2 hours at Scheme A → 10‑minute drive → remaining hours at Scheme B on each 4‑hour day.
Some things we need from you
-Experience in cleaning is desirable but full training will be provided.
-Health and Safety and COSH awareness would be considered advantageous.
-You will ensure standards are kept high and health and safety practices are always adhered to
-You'll provide a warm and friendly service when interacting with customers and members of the public
-You will be flexible, approachable, and comfortable working in a team and lone-working environments
-And you will have a positive attitude and be keen to develop the way you work, by learning new ways of working and embracing technology
-Good IT skills
-This is a varied mobile role with travel to our Schemes - so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be essential for this role.
-As you will be working in our schemes you would also need a DBS check
This role is for a team that covers Schemes in Sutton Coldfield so you will need to live here.

The hourly rate for this role is £13.45 and the full time annual equivalent (37 hours) is £25,967. (This is from 1 April 2026)
