Crynodeb
Support the Medical Rostering Lead with the daytoday implementation and management of ERostering.Maintain and update SOPs to reflect new system functions.Provide administrative support for rolling out ERostering across all wards and departments.Accurately input data and provide teams with relevant rostering information.Update posts, structures and assignments promptly.Ensure ESR and ERostering data match and align establishments with Finance.Produce KPI reports, trend analysis and complex HealthRoster reports.Manage workload effectively in a busy, changeable environment.Act as a key contact and problemsolver for all ERostering queries.Identify training needs, plan and deliver ERostering and Bank user training.Support staff in using the system confidently and effectively.Present information clearly to support decisionmaking.Maintain own knowledge, skills and professional development.Support audits, identify risks and take appropriate action.Assist Staffing Solutions and system users with queries or issues.Maintain user profiles and access levels; escalate technical issues as needed.Carry out ongoing datacleansing to keep the system accurate and effective.Undertake additional duties as required by the manager.
