Who We're Looking For Registered Nurse or ODP Previous experience as a Theatre lead within a Theatre Environment Relevant post-registration Theatre/Anaesthetic qualification At least 3years Orthopaedic experience, alongside other specialities Ability to manage, motivate, support, develop and lead the department Expert knowledge of clinical practice Evidence of success in working in partnership with consultants to explore and challenge existing practices while maintaining and enhancing services and standards Ability to manage complex cases. Good understanding of financial budgets is desirable.
